General labour price is equal to £75 per hour or part thereof for the first hour and then £65 per hour afterwards.
I don't charge a callout fee but I do charge £75 for the hour, and if I can fix the problem within the hour, I will.
If you engage my services on a larger job such as a bathroom or central heating installation then this will be charged at my day rate which is currently £160 per day.
On a larger job such as bathrooms and central heating installations, I usually require a deposit before commencing any work. This is to cover part of the materials costs as I would have to order materials in advance of the works.
I don't charge emergency call out fees where I have already contracted to carry out works at an address.
